Our stay at this beautiful farm-style b&b was nothing short of perfection. The property exudes a cozy atmosphere and has so much charm. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our host with tea, and her welcoming nature truly made us feel at home. Sara explained the area, places we could shop/eat, and prepared a delicious breakfast prior to our busy day ahead.
The location itself is stunning, and we quickly fell in love with it. Our room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. There are so many little details that truly made our stay feel so special.
We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming getaway!

Nice town, plenty of shops but on the decline like most towns with closed branches of large chains.

Unfortunately we were only visiting to take part in the National Bowls finals at Victoria Park so our short visit did not allow much time for exploring the town itself but what we saw looked interesting and a return visit may well be planned.

Lemington Spa is well known for his beautiful parks full of threes and flowers were you can go on a long walk and you never get bored.
Is close to the most important atraction in the area like Warwick castle and Stratford, the home of Shakespeare.
In this town we have plenty restaurant with very tasty and diverse food.
We arrived in Lemington Spa quite easily, from the airport in the center with a taxi in about 30 minutes.
I could have avoided walking 20 minutes to a take-away restaurant and had been more careful to what I ordered.

We were in Leamington Spa for the National Lawn Bowls Finals so we needed to be there for 17 nights but for tourists a shorter stay would suffice. It is a lovely town but two days would be sufficient for seeing local sites but Leamington is a good base for visiting the surrounding area.

I spent a lot of time as child here and have relatives in the area. Leamington Spa has historic buildings, green spaces and riverside areas to enjoy. It's also got a bustling town centre with shopping and cafes to enjoy.

Love the surroundings and the main building.
Love the surroundings and the main building.
Room is reasonably comfortable. Missed the breakfast but was allowed to have coffee and snacks at the main hall where the distinguish looking fure place is, which is nice.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The location and grounds in which the hotel is set are really nice and a bonus in which to relax after travelling. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. The staff are most attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a good a la carte menu. The location is handy for the M40 and national road network. Both Warwick and Leamington are very close by and worth a visit. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would be very happy to stay again
We were visiting Leamington Spa for a friends birthday party and wanted to book somewhere central. This hotel is walkable to everywhere. Our room was fantastic, and had clearly been fairly recently renovated. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent. Altogether this hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel.
After reading the reviews was unsure about how this was going to pan out but have no bad words for the place, good location, good room, clean place. Some of the reviews say it’s difficult to find, it’s not difficult at all. Great place to stay if you want to visit Leamington Spa.
The hotel is situated in a lovely grounds . We particularly enjoyed the views from our room across the fields. It’s within easy reach of Royal Leamington Spa and Kenilworth . Excellent value .
