The receptionists were very helpful and let us check in early and leave our luggage as we were off to a wedding.
The grounds are beautiful and the bed was comfortable.

This place is above a pub full of alcoholics and drunkards from 9am to midnight. The room was up 4 flights of stairs. The room was tiny. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The furnishings were abysmal. Above a very busy noisy road next to a railway bridge where you could nearly shake hands with the passengers

The service and the rooms are extraordinary. The host was amazing. She's very sweet and even arranged a few items to pack for breakfast as I have to leave early before the breakfast. Highly recommend

Really well appointed with some lovely touches nodding to its past

A beautiful Regency town with some lovely parks and gardens to stroll around. There is also a towpath walk along the Grand Union canal and riverside gardens. The original architecture is well preserved and the newer buildings have been designed to tastefully blend in with the older areas. The 'High Street' appeared to be well populated with shops, with little sign of decline, in this obviously affluent area. There is also a plethora of niche and specialist retailers in the side streets. Altogether, well worth a visit.

Nice town, plenty of shops but on the decline like most towns with closed branches of large chains.

Unfortunately we were only visiting to take part in the National Bowls finals at Victoria Park so our short visit did not allow much time for exploring the town itself but what we saw looked interesting and a return visit may well be planned.

Lemington Spa is well known for his beautiful parks full of threes and flowers were you can go on a long walk and you never get bored.
Is close to the most important atraction in the area like Warwick castle and Stratford, the home of Shakespeare.
In this town we have plenty restaurant with very tasty and diverse food.
We arrived in Lemington Spa quite easily, from the airport in the center with a taxi in about 30 minutes.
I could have avoided walking 20 minutes to a take-away restaurant and had been more careful to what I ordered.

We were in Leamington Spa for the National Lawn Bowls Finals so we needed to be there for 17 nights but for tourists a shorter stay would suffice. It is a lovely town but two days would be sufficient for seeing local sites but Leamington is a good base for visiting the surrounding area.

I spent a lot of time as child here and have relatives in the area. Leamington Spa has historic buildings, green spaces and riverside areas to enjoy. It's also got a bustling town centre with shopping and cafes to enjoy.

Breakfast was continental but there was a very good chose and better than you get at say Premier Inns.
The room was OK, large enough for us and there was a lounge downstairs if you needed more space.
Staff very polite and accommodating.
Idea location for town centre, shops and restaurants etc almost start from outside the hotel, centre about 200 yards away, but noise wasn’t a problem.
Comfortable bed, good bar service and a great location, just 15 minutes walk into the centre. There was also plenty of free parking, and we were also allowed to park up to 2pm on the day we checked out, which gave us a bit more time to explore Leamington Spa. A decent enough hotel for the price.
We were unable to stay at the hotel as to get to our room we had to climb 6 flights of very narrow stairs. My husband is 80 and has mobility issues, he just couldn’t do it. There was no mention of accessibility issues on the booking site.
Rooms were lovely and clean, really lovely atmosphere around the whole hotel, breakfast was lovely, staff were extremely helpful.
Great location for getting in to the centre of Leamington spa! Will defiantly return!
