Having stayed in the opposing cottage the previous year, we knew to expect a clean, welcoming and lovely accommodation. Easy entrance with a door code, warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a cottage in the Crieff area.
You also get a friendly welcome from the owners dog, Bella :)

The location was excellent for us as we were visiting family in the village.
Plenty of varied shops to visit. Friendly people. Quite near lots of touristy places. We loved Gurkas the portions are huge. But only one standard kebab/pizza/burger place. Lots of choice in Crieff Co, Deli. Petrol reasonable. Lovely park and riverside walk. It can be a bit hilly in places. Pay to park on the high street.

Creiff itself is a country town , a little old fashioned, but with the usual shops , everything you need for day to day. Several resonablt priced places to eat, very good fresh produce shop and ice cream/ sweetie shop.
Best bits are outside the town, visitors centre, Caithness glass factory where you can view the workers producing the beautiful products, Stuart crystal, and the gorgeous Nutcracker Christmas shop, which is worth the trip on its own. Many other places worth a visit within half an hour. Wildlife Park, Stirling Castle, Bannockburn, Doune castle and Dunblane Cathedral.

We had a great time at braidhaugh.
We had a great time at braidhaugh. The pod was in a great location with a great view of the river. There's lots of shops and pubs nearby too, the only thing i didn't like about the stay, was not being able to play my music outside while being in the hot tub. I didn't realise there's no music allowed outside. The hot tub could also benefit from having a canopy to protect you from the rain.

It's a busy little town, plenty places to eat or get take away food, beautiful country walks, some specialist shops and lots of outdoor activities and attractions. It
has a great caravan park with lodges and glamping pods and fishing on the river. Caithness Glass has a viewing gallery to see glassblowing and is located at the visitor centre. Drummond Castle and gardens is a must, not far out of town at Muthill.

A busy town on the outskirts of the highlands.
A busy town on the outskirts of the highlands. It is close enough to the high mountains which many will be keen to explore. There were plenty of places to eat; I chose an Italian and was not disappointed. Crieff itself is small enough to be explore on foot; the Glen Turret distillery is a short 20-minute walk from the centre of the town.

The Tower was ideally located. Close to the town centre but in a quiet area, giving the best of both worlds. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the beer garden (and so did our dog!). It was lovely to be given a doggy bed, dog treats and playthings for my little dog's enjoyment. We couldn't have been better catered for.
I liked that that it was smaller hotel than the Hydro meaning more informal . Staff were all very friendly & helpful , particularly enjoyed our chat with Alana at breakfast time … she had a lovely manner & interesting to speak to & very good at her job .
Breakfast menu was lovely
Very friendly host. The cottage is well equipped, has lovely decoration and is in a very quiet area. The bed is comfortable. The wifi is great. I enjoyed the welcome gift. Crieff is a good central point for exploring Perth & Kinross.
Excellent B&B situated a few minutes walk from Crieff town centre. The hosts are helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable and cosy. This is a biker friendly place with off road parking.
Really enjoyed our 1st stay at the hydro, staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the facilities were very good. Will definitely go back to the hydro.
