This hotel has been recently refurbished with modern decor retaining some of the original features of the old inn. There is a cosy bar and the restaurant is exceptional, serving modern Scottish food and using local ingredients. The staff are very friendly and attentive and knowledgeable about wines and whiskey.Breakfast was a delight again using Scottish foods such as haggis and potato scones if you want them.

Great little pub hotel. The staff were fantastic!! It was nice to stay in such a friendly place. The room was basic but met our needs. Dinner & drinks in the bar was warm and friendly. The hotel is right in the centre of town.

Idyllic cottage in secluded location. Comfortable beds with crisp linen, spotlessly clean and the garden room is a perfect addition to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. The secure garden meant the dog could explore safely and enjoy his holiday too.

Log burner was just perfect at Christmas. Cottage was cosy and welcoming. Kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the seasonal and tasteful decorations- it felt like Christmas. The underfloor heating in the upstairs bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. Games to play and books to read. Much thought has gone into the cottage.

Creiff itself is a country town , a little old fashioned, but with the usual shops , everything you need for day to day. Several resonablt priced places to eat, very good fresh produce shop and ice cream/ sweetie shop.
Best bits are outside the town, visitors centre, Caithness glass factory where you can view the workers producing the beautiful products, Stuart crystal, and the gorgeous Nutcracker Christmas shop, which is worth the trip on its own. Many other places worth a visit within half an hour. Wildlife Park, Stirling Castle, Bannockburn, Doune castle and Dunblane Cathedral.

We had a great time at braidhaugh.
We had a great time at braidhaugh. The pod was in a great location with a great view of the river. There's lots of shops and pubs nearby too, the only thing i didn't like about the stay, was not being able to play my music outside while being in the hot tub. I didn't realise there's no music allowed outside. The hot tub could also benefit from having a canopy to protect you from the rain.

It's a busy little town, plenty places to eat or get take away food, beautiful country walks, some specialist shops and lots of outdoor activities and attractions. It
has a great caravan park with lodges and glamping pods and fishing on the river. Caithness Glass has a viewing gallery to see glassblowing and is located at the visitor centre. Drummond Castle and gardens is a must, not far out of town at Muthill.

A busy town on the outskirts of the highlands.
A busy town on the outskirts of the highlands. It is close enough to the high mountains which many will be keen to explore. There were plenty of places to eat; I chose an Italian and was not disappointed. Crieff itself is small enough to be explore on foot; the Glen Turret distillery is a short 20-minute walk from the centre of the town.

Crieff itself is 4 out of 5.
Crieff itself is 4 out of 5. A number of boarded up shops (but this seems to be prevalent everywhere). However, on the plus side, traffic flows very well, the people are friendly and helpful and there is a good diverse range of shops available. Parking is easy. The greatest attribute is the beautful surrounding area. I'd recommend staying out of town to ge the best experience.
Really nice room with plenty of space for a self catering break. Bed was comfy, nice seating area, powerful shower and kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were very friendly. Bar area was nice and there was a good atmosphere day & night with guests and locals. Enjoyed dinner in the pub. Great location to explore Crieff & the area.
the property is located near MacRosty Park and Lady Mary's Walk in a quiet residential area. Host has made us very welcome with flowers, sweets, few essentials in the fridge. The décor was very romantic and cosy and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV lounge and played monopoly.
