We booked late at night very last minute. The night manager was exceptional and the staff so friendly and helpful. We had to leave quite early the following morning to continue our journey but even though we were at the hotel for such a short time we really enjoyed the stopover. Bringing our two dogs was not a problem and they were made very welcome. Thank you again to the night manager and staff.

A nice town with lots of friendly people.
A nice town with lots of friendly people. Nice nightlife, not too busy or crazy. Roads were a little confusing to navigate, but I hate driving in town centres with one-way systems as it is, so maybe that's a me problem.

Beware of the recent roadworks, which could be a little confusing. Tesco Extra nearby, but you'll have to drive. Small walking area close to the hotel. But it's best to drive out. We would definitely go again.

Great location - easy access to Cheltenham town centre by bus or car. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a very smart en-suite. A bar fridge, hairdryer and plenty of white fluffy towels were appreciated and the bed was really comfortable.
Despite being located on a busy road, the windows are double glazed, so there is no disturbance from traffic.
Creative arrangement for people to order take-out food and consume it in the communal sitting/ dining area.
Cheltenham is a very nice place, worth a visit. We would go there again.
Hotel was OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food at breakfast was good and there was a good variety, it wasn't cheap though.
The bed was comfortable.
There is a fitness area but we didn't have time to use it so can't comment on how good it is.
Parking was included.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring Cheltenham. The hotel itself is lovely, very welcoming staff and the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.
The apartment was well equipped, nice comfy bed and pillows and parking space right outside the door. Handy bus service into Cheltenham town centre just along the road.
