Great breakfast. Dog friendly with breakfast sausage for him. Superior room was spacious and ideal for our needs. Plenty of crab on the menu - our favourite.

Hoss very very friendly from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay. The room was gorgeous which exceeded anything I may have expected for such a good price. Had a lovely few days spent here.

Really lovely hosts made the stay exceptional. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was excellent. Quiet and slightly remote location meant we slept really well and we very much appreciated the lift into Amlwch in the morning (no charge, but we would have happily paid extra for that).

A lovely part of the Island.
A lovely part of the Island. One of the nicest beaches with lots of amenities. The town has pubs, shops and a chippy. The beach has plenty of parking with a secondary parking area and the other end of the beach. There is a cafe and toilet in the main parking area. There is also a lovely arts and craft shop that also has a pre loved section.
Most areas of the Island are less than 30 minutes away.

On arrival it looked shabby and run down.
On arrival it looked shabby and run down. When we entered the building it was just as bad, lots of maintenance attention required desperately. The place was friendly enough but not very clean. The room was poor and in need of update. Only two plug sockets in the room and not hear the bed. The furniture was mis-matched and in a sorry state. The bathroom was OK but the floor was dirty and the sink light didn't work.
Our evening meal was lovely but same couldn't be said about breakfast. That was all cold, so didn't eat that and the order was wrong! The juice was served in a dirty glass and the tables hadn't been cleaned down from previous guest. We only had one night there but downstairs was noisy and someone decided to play knock a door run which was annoying when you're trying to sleep before a long journey the next day. All in all, I don't think we will be staying there again. It needs desperate investment.

We spent 2 nights there.
We spent 2 nights there. The bay was unattractive, the Hotel we stayed in was poor and the pub we visited was unpleasant and not offering a food option. The entire area looks run down and dilapidated. Not recommended.

There is a lovely little harbour with a couple of pubs and shops and a heritage centre just a short stroll through the field in front of the hotel, and within 5 minutes you’re there. There is a coastal path which is stunning, and in May the wild flowers are spectacular.
A beautiful and traditional hotel in a truly stunning setting looking over Cemaes Bay. The hotel is fabulous with clean, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. The food in the restaurant is top class.. Emma - the breakfast waitress is outstanding. She made us feel so welcome. Her customer service skills are exemplary. We will certainly visit again. A real gem of a place to stay. We loved it. ❤️❤️
Location excellent...quiet area to stay in the Annex with all requirements met...within 5 minute walk to the centre of Cemaes Bay and the harbour and beach.
Hosts Gareth and Karen lovely with nothing too much trouble to sort if required.
Great breakfast pack gives you lots of flexibility to your day.
