Close proximity to Flem Xpress and Arena Express - only 3 minutes on foot. Greatly recommended for keen skiers and snowboarders. A'la carte menu in Bellevue restaurant is great. For sure I will come back.

The excellent grill was a very welcome surprise for dinner - everything that was had from the grill was delicious.

The breakfast was good. Everything was nicely arranged and the breakfast room was clean.
There has been some local specialties (like cheese and bacon) but also the worldwide classics (like cereals and spreads). There was also a small chimney in breakfast room which made comfortable to spend some time.
Coffee was for free as well as juice and water.
The best thing has been the pub and restaurant.
They serving very good IPA and the staff is pretty friendly.

Nice ski village, fantastic scenery, restaurants outside of hotel not great or varied as far as I can see. Hotel lovely and that makes the difference.
Does need more free and frequent ski busses, particularly to cross country skiing. Flims convenient on public transport from Zurich.

Flims was a nice surprise for us.
Flims was a nice surprise for us. The restaurants near the hotel were excellent and there were plenty of wide open easy to moderate hiking trails from which you could see spectacular views of lakes and the Rhineschluct areas.

Very nice city, lots of shops ,bar ,restaurants a bit expensive but in a great location. there are ski lifts in Flims dorf, and sport activities. Fantastic for family in summer time, lots of easy walk to do with children and entertaining.

This is my 2nd trip to Flims/ Laax.
This is my 2nd trip to Flims/ Laax. Cos i really love it here.
The view of the alps in this area is so majestic and stunning.
It offers exceptional quality and well maintained lifts. And its pistes are absolutely great for both snowboarders and skiers.
Love NoName cafe up at Crap Sion Gion. Delicious home made soups and their vegan panini is out of this world.
The people at the hotel, restaurants, ski rental and school have been nothing but super friendly and helpful during my stay there. As a Singaporean with options in Japan and Korea, I'd still fly 13 hours to Zurich + train transfer to enjoy snowboarding in Flims/ Laax.

The positives: the village is set in beautiful surroundings...
The positives: the village is set in beautiful surroundings with lovely walks, hikes and lakes on your doorstep.
The local public transport system is not easy to understand and not frequent enough. You have to pay for parking everywhere. The guest card which entitles you to some reductions can only be used via an app that you download but which is rather complicated and not straightforward to use.

I am satisfied with our stay in Hotel Cresta. We stayed to one of their Chalets/Villas infront of a charming church with picturesque view of houses/chalets, mountains and alps. The surrounding is beautiful, clean and majestic. Well decorated with roman statues, beautiful tress and flowers. I feel like im in a fairytale. The personnel/staffs are very accommodating, attentive and friendly. They have parking area, saunas and fitness room. The swimming pools are superb. The breakfast was great too.I definite go back here.
- room was spacious with standard equipment. Though the coffee machine leaked water.
- location is alright. A bit far from the ski lifts but very close to the forest and lakes.
- reception was very kind and helpful. Except that they were unable to provide umbrellas as apparently they do not have any... Which was a bit confusing.
- Good ski bus transfer from hotel to ski lift.
The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Location was very good and the apart hotel has a nice pool and wellness. Is wellthought for family with kids. We would come back again!
