Location: The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the cable car and a bus stop right in front. This convenience made it simple for us to explore the surrounding area.
Family Room: Our family room was simple yet comfortable, providing a pleasant space for our stay. The addition of both a shower and a bathtub was a nice touch, catering to different preferences.
Complimentary Water Bottles: It was a thoughtful gesture to have water bottles provided in the room, which added to our comfort.
Breakfast Buffet: While the breakfast buffet was somewhat limited, the offerings were delicious. The fresh breads and the homemade bircher muesli were particularly noteworthy, and the quality of the coffee, especially the latte, was commendable.
Dinner Experience: We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant, particularly the capuns, which were very tasty. The beef filet was well-cooked and met our expectations.
Staff: the personal was very nice.

Breafast was super good, want to mention that coffe was super good. Swimming pools are great, they have normal swimming pool and outside swimming pool with salt water and jacuzzy, great to spent time after skiing.

Nice ski village, fantastic scenery, restaurants outside of hotel not great or varied as far as I can see. Hotel lovely and that makes the difference.
Does need more free and frequent ski busses, particularly to cross country skiing. Flims convenient on public transport from Zurich.

Flims was a nice surprise for us.
Flims was a nice surprise for us. The restaurants near the hotel were excellent and there were plenty of wide open easy to moderate hiking trails from which you could see spectacular views of lakes and the Rhineschluct areas.

Very nice city, lots of shops ,bar ,restaurants a bit expensive but in a great location. there are ski lifts in Flims dorf, and sport activities. Fantastic for family in summer time, lots of easy walk to do with children and entertaining.

This is my 2nd trip to Flims/ Laax. Cos i really love it here.
The view of the alps in this area is so majestic and stunning.
It offers exceptional quality and well maintained lifts. And its pistes are absolutely great for both snowboarders and skiers.
Love NoName cafe up at Crap Sion Gion. Delicious home made soups and their vegan panini is out of this world.
The people at the hotel, restaurants, ski rental and school have been nothing but super friendly and helpful during my stay there. As a Singaporean with options in Japan and Korea, I'd still fly 13 hours to Zurich + train transfer to enjoy snowboarding in Flims/ Laax.

The positives: the village is set in beautiful surroundings with lovely walks, hikes and lakes on your doorstep.
The local public transport system is not easy to understand and not frequent enough. You have to pay for parking everywhere. The guest card which entitles you to some reductions can only be used via an app that you download but which is rather complicated and not straightforward to use.

Lovely design hotel in the heart of Flims. The location couldn't be better, right by the lifts and just a few minutes from the train station. Charming coffee shop and various shops in the attached STENNA Flims area, adding to the convenience. The room design and attention to detail were great, and breakfast was delightful. The Spa also was really relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
Everything! We had a pleasant stay. A spacious flat in the quiet area of Flims but just 5 min walk to the main gondolas.It has all the amenities. Also a covered parking lot is available. The owner is a very kind person. Thank you very much!
Great facilities and services! Staff are friendly, the hot tub and indoor pool had great views and vibes. The shuttle bus was very useful to go from and to the ski lifts. The room amd bathroom were very spacious. Should be a 5 star hotel!
Great location between Flims and Laax, very close to Caumasee and a few shops/restaurants. The flats are very basic but it works for what we needed. The bus runs few meters away so it is very easy to access the ski lifts
The hotel is absolutely perfectly located, directly below the skilift. The check-in check-out was easy, it has its own parking in a garage and common space with basic kitchen appliances.
