With out a doubt Karl was the high light of the hotel stay. He couldn’t do enough for us from showing us around, organising drinks, places to visit, things to do and also organising an airport transfer for us. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but he stood out amongst them a real asset for the hotel. As for the hotel itself a lovely perfectly situated in the town very close to the beach and ferry terminal. For the price of the stay it’s very reasonable we are planning to come back in the future and I will be coming back here.

Sa lahat ng "beach-front" places I've been to, this is one of the closest I've been to the shore na may aircon. Seems like they've just renovated pati so fresh na fresh pa. Ung unit namin was the best kasi may outdoor kitchen sa balcony mismo, most convenient inuman sesh with a view. Pati ung interiors napaka-estetik and grabe ung customer service, chef's kiss 😚🤌 Ang angas din nung buggy experience, ang daming inclusions; namely the GoPro use and motor freebie kasi naubusan ako ng phone battery. 🪫 Buti na lang talaga may ganung eme. El Nido is beautiful but this dive hotel was unsafe, unhygienic, outdated and uncomfortable. A 2 star rating would be extremely generous. We actually purchased daypasses at a real resort (Cadloa) which helped salvage the days that we planned to spend in El Nido at our hotel when not on excursion tours. There are NO redeeming qualities for this hotel. Staff unfriendly and not helpful, facilities unkept and not maintained, food/meals terrible, insect infestation and starving cats/dogs on sight unsettling and depressing. Just a NO all around.

The beach of El nido wasn’t that good anymore like it was. the beach it’s self not ideal for family interest. once you visit el nido, you cant go swimm anymore because the water was dirty. the only place you can go was the Lio beach.

The location was beautiful.
One our first day we got a spa massive for 2 hours. As you are getting massaged you look down into a view of the beautiful ocean and wildlife.
The water villa was large and comfortable.
All staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t change a thing about the resort or our experience except maybe staying a little bit longer. We only stayed for 2 nights but I would recommend at least 3 or 4 as there are so many activities offered.

-short tricycle ride away from Las Cabanas beach
-Free transportation from airport to hotel (you need to message staff through booking.com) highly recommend booking through them
-Water and coffee station available at the hotel for free
-You can also book island tours through the hotel
-Friendly staff, you can ask them about anything you need to know about el nido
It doesn't get more central than this hotel in El Nido. The hotel takes up an entire block. We were able to easily walk everywhere around town including the beachfront where many of the restaurants, shops, and island hopping tours operate from. Our room was spacious and the hotel didn't feel crowded at all. The hotel provides free water fills so no need to buy single use plastic water bottles. Breakfast on the fourth floor was decent with nice views and breakfast options.
Location of this hotel is amazing. You can be on corong corong beach in 30 seconds after leaving your room. Very close to all the nice restaurants and bars too. Easy 5/10min tuk tuk to el nido town proper or las cabanas beach. The hotel staff booked us onto all the day tours and they are all very polite. Nice pool and restaurant area, rooms have everything you need.
