The resort location is excellent as it was not too far from amenities, and there were many restaurants/eateries just outside the resort. The beach is clean (we saw the workers sweeping the beach and compound daily, more than once a day), and the whole area is just calm and peaceful. Pantai Sepat beach, wind is breezy, chill, not too crowded when we visited in the morning around 9am.
You need a car to get around Kuantan.
Kula Cakes's Mango Cheesecake was not bad.
Don't go to Hoi Yan, it is super over-rated, their curry noodles is nothing special and drinks are bad.

I loved the room. It was spacious and comfortable. The view was also good which was facing the swimming pool and beach. We requested for connecting rooms for at least 2 rooms and the hotel staffs accommodated to our request during a peak time which was something we really appreciate.
I was lucky enough to be able to visit the spa and I enjoyed the massage.
The only plus point for the hotel is the location which is just next to Kuantan's 188 Tower. Everything is just walking distance. But unfortunately it wasnt a pleasant stay at the hotel given the price. Its like an OYO Hotel experience but on the pricier side. Facilities are quite old, cramped lift but it was a clean hotel.
Very comfortable stay, nice view from the 6th floor, can see Swimming Pool from the corridor. Washing machine also provided. The winning point is the swimming pool & the beach was also superb. A lot of restaurant just by walking distance. Overall I would strongly recommend this unit for family trip to Kuantan or Beserah
