Super clean, light and beautiful design. An oasis compared to the busy streets outside. Room was comfortable and quiet. Pros:
Rafting, mountains, clean air, much fewer people than in most of the Indian cities, hence, much more calm.
Cons:
Uber works terribly; public transportation is very poor. Hard to get in/out or move inside the city.
It is a dry city; hence, alcohol is hard to get.

I would suggest travellers to make around five to six days or one week trip to visit Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradoon, Musoorie and if the time permits Dhanaulti.
Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradoon you may visit anytime except during monsoon. For sightseeing electric autos are available.
According to locals one should visit Musoorie and Dhanaulti during Jan/Feb when there are snowfalls. Only taxis available for sightseeing. Or you should have your own transport. I saw mini buses plying in Musoorie. Dhanaulti I don't know.

Rishikesh is a very busy city in the evening and specially in the city center area. The ghats are packed in the evening due to Aarti. Local people are super helpful and friendly. You would love the presence of mother ganga and its serenity specially when you sit on a ghat in night time and listen to the sound of water flowing.
Rafting, Beautiful riverside cafes, Yoga trainings, meditation, Ganga, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple and so many ashrams like Beatles Ashram, Shivananda Ashram to visit. It is a paradise for singles as well as families.

The location was fabulous just on the banks of the Ganga. We could take walks along the river banks, have breakfast by the riverside. It was in main Rishikesh yet the hotel side was relatively calm and peaceful. View from the hotel rooms and public areas was stunning. The buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious with wide array of vegetarian mouthwatering food. The spa has some very good and relaxing massages, is a must try.
There's something about this Inn which makes us feel at Home. We stayed in Rishikesh for a week, but booked in another hotel and stayed there for 6 days. The final day had to book and move in here at the last moment as there was a change in our plan. We are grateful that we didn't get extended accommodation in the old hotel else we would have missed such a pleasant stay..
The staff were very helpful from the time I arrived in Rishikesh up to check in. Everything was managed well by the family and assisted me with my necessities. Very clean and facilities were all working. Mint Restaurant at the hotel served some of the best food I had in Rishikesh and accommodated my food requests. Will definitely recommend it to other travellers.
I had a wonderful experience at this newly opened hotel in Rishikesh. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent hospitality. Its prime location near Triveni Ghat makes attending the Ganga Aarti incredibly convenient. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is top-notch, all at a great value for money.
Our stay at Yog Niketan was a delight. It was in a good location to be able to experience Rishikesh with also the option to retreat back to our hotel. We made good use of the spa, high tea, yoga and meditation.
