Great breakfast, nice and welcoming staff. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. They also provided me a guest pass for day which allowed me to use ski lift in the next village for free.

Lovely and kind staff. Everyone seemed to be happy to be working there and it shows. Staff speaks english. Design was beautiful, modern and cosy. Large outdoor pool and sauna/welness area with 2 saunas and 1 infra room. Our room wa spacious. Food was excellent (breakfast and dinner with multiple courses). Location is also convenient, the hotel is located in the lovely Alpbach town and you can walk everywhere in the village.

Very friendly staff, flexible and helpful at all times. We had the half board and the food was very good, chefs kiss! The rooms were new, bathroom felt very new and we like the added radio in the bathroom. Its one of the best stays we ever had, starting from the cozy apartment on top of the mountain to its amazing view , the hotel itself is a tourist spot. Cherry on top was its amazing hospitality. We were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready. We were given tips as well to explore the place perfectly. The kind behavior of the hotel people will make you want to go there again and again.
The sound isolation in the hotel was excellent, it was quiet in the room nevertheless there was an event on the ground floor. Thick curtains didn't let the daylight in the room so it was comfortable to sleep. The interior and furniture were tasteful. Quite spacious bathroom. Nice garden surrounding the hotel. Excellent and tasty breakfast, wide assortment of food, also warm buffet.
I really welcomed the possibility of gluten-free and vegetarian meals, the hotel is located in a quiet place near the cable car, my kids were really happy about the pet rabbits they could play with, the rooms were spacious and newly furbished.
