Great breakfast, nice and welcoming staff. Delicious dinner in the restaurant. They also provided me a guest pass for day which allowed me to use ski lift in the next village for free.

The host has taken care of everthing, even much more the necessities.The host is very friendly, supportive and responsive.
The location is excellent and there are lot of activities nearby, which are free on Wildschonau card (card is free with the booking).
I strongly recommend this place to all, especially the families!

Its one of the best stays we ever had, starting from the cozy apartment on top of the mountain to its amazing view , the hotel itself is a tourist spot. Cherry on top was its amazing hospitality. We were allowed to check in earlier as the room was ready. We were given tips as well to explore the place perfectly. The kind behavior of the hotel people will make you want to go there again and again.
The hotel has a nice location and it is possible to ski directly to the hotel in the afternoon. In the morning you need to walk approximately 300 meter to the lift.
The food was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool was brand new and fantastic for the our kids. We would definitely consider to come back
