Very cosy, very clean, very comfortable and warm. Located in a stunning location.
I had a wonderful, if too short, stay. I used the outdoor pool and the hot tubs. Had a five star dinner with wonderful service. The staff are all amazing. An amazing nights sleep on the most comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with so much choice and then it was off home for us :)

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in Renvyle House for my husband's 60th birthday..From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable in the beautiful surroundings despite the rain showers. We enjoyed the delicious 5 course meal on the first night and the staff were so nice, they even sang Happy Birthday and presented a small cake with a candle to my hubby..The second night we had the bar menu and that was also delicious. We will be back again for sure, thank you Renvyle House staff.

This village is too remote with no cafes/restaurants or taxi service. It used to have cafe and taxis but not any more. It has a good petrol station and shop. We travelled to Letterfrack/Clifden/Roundstone and Cleggan beaches incredible food lovely would definitely stay in 1 of these villages in future.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular .
Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular . Easy to drive around the area , roads are narrow and drive on the left , but the country roads are quiet , more sheep than anything on them ! And always give way to sheep :) Everyone was friendly and helpful . Loved this beautiful area and exploring Connemara National Park.

Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland.
Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland. Due to its remote location in Connemara it's never going to be crowded, so it's a very peaceful, scenic place to spend time there. If the weather is good, try it!

We loved the welcome and personal touch of this family run b@b. Everything was perfect and we felt as if it was our own home! The location was unreal, beach across the road, beside a castle, a Connemara pony in the field and views of the islands in the Atlantic. We loved the chats with the owners, the perfectly cooked breakfast, their panoramic dining room and the spotlessly clean rooms throughout the house. Will definitely be going back.
We had a lovely stay at castlehouse b&b ! The authenticity of the place is refreshing as well as the kindness of the host, John, who gave us many helpful advice on local places. We strongly recommend it to anyone looking to have a nice and authentic stay in Connemara !
And big plus for the really nice view from the bedroom on the countryside and sea !
Loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Food was great. Breakfast was lovely. Great Guinness.
Fabulous grounds. Such a beautiful location. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Hotel manager made us feel very welcome and checked in on us every time she happened to pass. Great character, excellent at her job.
Very welcoming host in Monica. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Fabulous location (10 minute drive from Connemara national park). Breakfast was buffet style, including cooked items, and was one of the best I remember having in a long time.
