The location was brilliant as it had a rural charm with the scenery and farm animals, but in walking distance to Connemara National Park, the local restaurant and shop, which was ideal. The children also loved the novelty of the farm animals. It made the house and location very unique.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in Renvyle House for my husband's 60th birthday..From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and comfortable in the beautiful surroundings despite the rain showers. We enjoyed the delicious 5 course meal on the first night and the staff were so nice, they even sang Happy Birthday and presented a small cake with a candle to my hubby..The second night we had the bar menu and that was also delicious. We will be back again for sure, thank you Renvyle House staff.

This village is too remote with no cafes/restaurants or taxi service. It used to have cafe and taxis but not any more. It has a good petrol station and shop. We travelled to Letterfrack/Clifden/Roundstone and Cleggan beaches incredible food lovely would definitely stay in 1 of these villages in future.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular .
Very quiet and peaceful area. Hiking is spectacular . Easy to drive around the area , roads are narrow and drive on the left , but the country roads are quiet , more sheep than anything on them ! And always give way to sheep :) Everyone was friendly and helpful . Loved this beautiful area and exploring Connemara National Park.

Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland.
Renvyle beach is one of my favourites in Ireland. Due to its remote location in Connemara it's never going to be crowded, so it's a very peaceful, scenic place to spend time there. If the weather is good, try it!

The host was very friendly and chatty. He was very laid-back too. The food was fantastic at breakfast. Great selection and lovely coffee. We were really close to a beautiful quiet beach. We were also 1 min walk from the local pubs! There was great music and a lovely atmosphere in the hotel pub with friendly people and great food in the restaurant. The bnb was in a very handy location overall! Diamond is close by too for a gorgeous hike
Excellent stay! The value for money of the property is really good! The owner, John, is extremely welcoming and very interesting to talk to.
The breakfast room has a lovely view and the B&B is located in one of the most beautiful places of Connemara.
Very welcoming host in Monica. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Fabulous location (10 minute drive from Connemara national park). Breakfast was buffet style, including cooked items, and was one of the best I remember having in a long time.
