Each room has its own Bali bed and loungers. Service excellent. Breakfast good, lunch great, grill good, dinner ok (but I’ve ever found anywhere that does dinner well in the Caribbean). It was very quiet - which was what we wanted. Some we spoke to found it a bit too quiet. There’s not much going on for sure. Again I put that here as a plus as that is what we wanted for this holiday.

The location, outdoor facilities, beach and room were very good. In general, special restaurants that required reservations were fine but not exceptional. Housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. The entertainment at night was excellent.

Roads and open sewers are terrible. Radcliffe Quay is interesting. Ana's is great location, and reasonable prices. 1st Choice has much variety and deli food is excellent and great value. Difficult getting around St John's due to bad road conditions, with washed out sides, speed bumps and open sewers. You need to know your way around.

This stay was total 11 nights moved from other room for 4-night studio.
All units are privately owned so no two are alike, meaning furnishings and bath and kitchen updates are all different. If I was alone, I would have had to request a step ladder as everything in kitchen was too high up to reach. MICROWAVE in a cabinet above the fridge set back??? ALL in all, decent room a little pricy in my opinion for off season. The staff was very friendly. Location allows you a nice beach walk either direction. A few restaurants nearby. You do need to be aware next to Sandals so it can be a little loud in the afternoon. Many many beautiful beaches would need transportation. Driving is not for the faint of heart.
We did drive in order to experience the Island fully. Oh, and great snorkeling!!

I loved the ambiance it brought, the fresh air you wake up to every morning the calming wave sounds, beautiful landscaping with those tall palm trees made me felt like I'm home away from home especially when the night settles in and the lights come on

The staff were absolutely faultless during our stay. They were so welcoming and friendly with our toddler, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to check in slightly earlier and even able to shower in the afternoon after we’d checked out, before we flew home.
Good in the restaurant was good and breakfast selection was great. Always plenty of loungers with shade on the beach.
Lovely, comfortable centrally located apart-hotel in St John. Staff were very welcoming and any request was quickly met. We had a car so it was a great jumping off place to explore the island. The supermarket was only a 10 minute walk away and the nearest beach was about 30 mins walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend
Location and hotel are beautiful, highly recommend the plunge pool cottage. Food, drinks very good and staff are amazing - really going the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. Looking forward to returning.
