Very friendly management , the rooms come with private balconies, there is a cooling fresh sea breeze being on the Northshore. Great showers, soft towels and the room had all that I would expect.

Small beach Few chairs Staff are okay 2 twin Beds together with a hole in the middle? I wanted and paid for a king size. I got two beds together! Horrible Overpriced for rundown resort that provably has seen better day in the early 90’s Booked the ocean front, at the front desk they say upgraded, to what? Bc this is what I paid for the same room I stayed. Very deceiving people. We are not idiots, stop doing that. I will tell kite shops and places this place isn’t recommendable.

Roads and open sewers are terrible.

Roads and open sewers are terrible. Radcliffe Quay is interesting. Ana's is great location, and reasonable prices. 1st Choice has much variety and deli food is excellent and great value. Difficult getting around St John's due to bad road conditions, with washed out sides, speed bumps and open sewers. You need to know your way around.

This stay was total 11 nights moved from other room for 4-...

This stay was total 11 nights moved from other room for 4-night studio. All units are privately owned so no two are alike, meaning furnishings and bath and kitchen updates are all different. If I was alone, I would have had to request a step ladder as everything in kitchen was too high up to reach. MICROWAVE in a cabinet above the fridge set back??? ALL in all, decent room a little pricy in my opinion for off season. The staff was very friendly. Location allows you a nice beach walk either direction. A few restaurants nearby. You do need to be aware next to Sandals so it can be a little loud in the afternoon. Many many beautiful beaches would need transportation. Driving is not for the faint of heart. We did drive in order to experience the Island fully. Oh, and great snorkeling!!

I loved the ambiance it brought, the fresh air you wake up to every morning the calming wave sounds, beautiful landscaping with those tall palm trees made me felt like I'm home away from home especially when the night settles in and the lights come on

Beautiful area. Island can be rough in many areas.

Beautiful area. Island can be rough in many areas. Resort is good for families, with lots of choices for restaurants and bars. Grocer is VERY expensive. Would recommend a golf cart or car for transportation around the resort, as it is very spacious. Resort is dated and needs updating. Each villa is different, so depends on the luck of the draw.

It is just a city, so half a day is enough.

It is just a city, so half a day is enough. Just explore the area around. Good places to eat in the Redcliffe Quay. Also, if you want to safely park a car there is a big parking lot (paid) right there. We tried to park a car on the street but the policeman told us that it is not allowed. Worth visiting the cathedral and the quays. Also, go on a biking/kayaking/ hiking tour organized by company who had an office next to the ice-cream/waffle place at the Redcliffe Quay. Great fun!

Great staff, amazing food and excellent butlers. Rude and hostile staff member at check out but only one and not the experience of the entire stay. I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation and would return again. Only observation is that reviews that mentioned how expensive the hotel food was are accurate, far more so than elsewhere. If you don’t mind that and you prefer a la carte to all inclusive as we do then this is a great place to stay. Prickly pear island made the stay too to be honest, it’s like paradise.
