Very convenience, close to the airport as I landed at 10pm.
Very convenience, close to the airport as I landed at 10pm. The transfer facility from the airport to the hotel made it all the difference.
Secondly, my friend who was welcoming me at the airport came all the way from Witbank and she had to checkin in good time before my arrival at 10pm. I made a request to the hotel during my booking to allow this friend of mine check in before my arrival which was late. I gave the hotel my friends details and yes....she was helped and checked in before my arrival at 10pm

The place is dirty.
The place is dirty. No hotel attendants but an old lame man doing all the job abd happens yo be the owner of the property. He forced me to leave by 8am instead of 9am checkout because he wanted to see a doctor because if his health issues. Its a horrible experience. I had to pay twice because he claimed what i paid online wasnt credited to him by Booking.com. its just a scam that place

Excellent small hotel - superbly run by very professional, friendly people - all very approachable. From an excellent welcome by airport shuttle driver to all hotel staff it was a pleasurable stay so clean - could eat off the floor! Super small garden and pool. So organised and tasty food. Excellent value - will return!

If flying the next day it is handy to the airport via its free shuttle otherwise stay somewhere more accessible allowing shopping/sightseeing etc; it is too remote. Other than eat and sleep there is nothing to do at this hotel.

The surroundings do not reflect the beauty found inside the guest house. This is not an isolated issue but a common problem in areas where city cleanliness is not maintained.
Despite this, I will visit again and suggest this place to my friends and others.

We arrived Johannesburg Airport and contacted Nerine. She arranged the shuttle pickup immediately. The rooms are clean and adequate for staying one night as a layover. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was delicious. We left early the next morning and reception arranged a breakfast box for each of us.
Perfect airport hotel a few meters from the terminal. Great staff and restaurant. Good gym. Makes the idea of transiting through Johannesburg very appealing. Great start and finish to a holiday in Southern Africa.
Missold product as it was Hotel Spa and non of Spa facilities were working (hot tub and Sauna). I asked for discount for mislsold product but they talking of voucher, of which I am not happy!!
Handy location to the airport with free shuttle bus, bed was very comfortable, nice shower and spacious room. Hotel is ideal for one night transit stop over. Very nice breakfast.
