Phenomenal staff! Meji, in particular, goes above and beyond. She helped us in so many ways. Anything you need, the Hotel Nais will help you. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the Adriatric Sea. And the free breakfast in the morning was excellent, including the fresh cooked eggs. I'll be coming back soon.

The beach and early morning walks along the beach. Lovely sunsets and sun rises. I didn't like all the stray dogs especially around Durres beaches sometimes in packs. Most seemed friendly but its not what I'm used to. I didn't eat out on this occasion but all the bars and restaurants looked top notch. I loved the supermarkets and for some reason they were a lot cheaper down towards Durres beach areas than in the centre of Durres. Lots of site seeing can be done in the centre and there is a shopping centre (I didn't have time to look in there). You can go walking/hiking into the hills. I was on a solo trip and everyone was so helpful. I came by the mini Airport bus which was fine. It was hard to work out the local buses and they cannot be found easily using searches or apps on mobile phones. The buses are so cheap just one price to get around, you board and a ticket person will come to you for payment. I went in November it so was lovely and peaceful. I would go again around that time.

Amazing historic city.
Amazing historic city. Plenty to do, but also lovely just to relax and soak up the atmosphere. Lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes, didn't have a bad meal over our whole stay. Can't recommend booking a walking tour enough. It was a great way to find our feet and learn about such an interesting place.

Beautiful beach and hot weather. We walked up and down each day. Wide variety of bars and restaurants as well as gift shops/stalls. Our favourite place to visit every day was The Fisherman’s Net. The owner and staff are lovely friendly and welcoming people.

Probably unknown to most people, but seems to have been on the radar for Italians for many many years. This to me is the perfect place to visit in Albania. Near to Tirana airport, just a short bus ride away. A compact town of old and modern to explore and the beach life as well. Prices are quite reasonable and some of the best prices in all of Albania for beers and food and the capital is just a bus ride away too. The port separates the main stretch of beach and it's hotels from the old town though, but if you're happy to walk 20-30 minutes to get between the 2 parts then you'll get much more out of the city. King Zog's ruined palace on the hill is a great place for urban exploring an old, once grand building too and offers great views from the property.

Durres is right on the coast.
Durres is right on the coast. The beautiful long promenade is full of bars and restaurants and is very reasonable. The square is surrounded by lots of lovely shops and bars and is very pretty at night all lit up

A modern clean and stylish hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. As its only April improvements were taking place (painting etc) a new bar restaurant had been built on the ground floor, and was being completed with modern soft furnishings being installed. This means that the rooftop bar/restaurant and pool will be purely for guests. The chef created traditional Albanian meals for us (not on the menu) which were delicious. The hotel has an amazing location situated on the beach.
I’m an event manager and travel a lot around Albania. This time, I had a big event in Durres and stayed at Hotel Aragosta. I chose it because it was close to my event and in a great location in Durres. The hotel was great! The staff was very welcoming, and the room was cozy. The best part was waking up to an amazing sea view every morning. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and convenient stay!
I really liked the property because it was big and really comfortable. The TV area was the best part for me and the position of the apartment was just perfect, because it was shorter than 1 minute walk to the beach 🏖️ 10/10 recommended. Favorite place to stay in Albania and I will absolutely come back.
he apartment was clean and modern a short walk to the beach with a marvellous pool. Host was so lovely and accommodating, she was on hand for anything we needed. The best service! The apartment suited us perfectly for a few chilled out days in Albania.
The hotel ha a large free internal parking. The beach is right in front the hotel even if the see is not at the level of other Albania sites. Near the hotel many good restaurants and dink lounge. The view from the balcony very nice.
