Its an awesome hotel in Downtown, Yangon. The rooms are clean and quite specious with all amenities. I had a great stay would definitely recommend fellow business travelers to stay at this hotel.

The room is very spacious with a large bathroom. The staff is extremely kind and always smiling; they helped me book the bus to Bagan and arranged for an excellent local guide to explore Yangon. The hotel's location is good; within walking distance, there's also a shopping center with a large supermarket in case you need to do some shopping. The hotel restaurant, located on a beautiful rooftop terrace, offers a good selection of dishes at reasonable prices. I will definitely book this hotel again for my last few days in Myanmar before my flight back to Italy.

Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Good facilities, pool, gym, wide choice on the restaurant menu. Might be a bit tight if the hotel is running at capacity.

The location is perfect - just across the beautiful Kandawgyi Royal Lake. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping to the hotel manager demonstrated top-notch customer service. I booked a deluxe and got a suite like room at an executive level. My room is very spacious with a separate living room, a dressing room, a working space, and a huge bathroom overlooking the lake. I wish I had stayed longer here. The best hotel in Yangon!

Relaxing Atmosphere: The hotel offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The gardens, pool, massage, and restaurant with room service - created a truly relaxing atmosphere. Excellent Service: The Bagan Cottage Boutique Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions and ensure a smooth stay. Our stay at Bagan Cottage Boutique Hotel was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay while exploring the wonders of Bagan.

It was the best hotel we’ve stayed at, truly especially for the price. Staff went beyond what was expected of them. Other hotel guests seemed to be important government and UN workers so y’know it’s top notch. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and we definitely want to return one day 🙏
