Can highly recommend this hotel, one of the best I stayed at. This hotel stands out for its outstanding service. Staying here for one week was the best decision ever! Don't even know where to start, I felt like a queen my entire stay. When I arrived with a jetlag and feeling tired and hungry, the staff took good care of me. The breakfast is amazing, loved the eggs benedict so much. The hotel offers a free tuk-tuk ride to the center in between certain hours. The pool and facilities are awesome, you can order smoothies and great food. Also my stay included an afternoon tea with fruits. Enjoyed getting some tea around 4pm and just chill by the pool. You can see the staff enjoyes working here, are very well trained and they are super friendly and two steps ahead of you. Like opening the door for you or remembering what you would like to order. They are also interested in your plans of the day and just make you feel really warm and welcome by giving you attention. It felt like coming home. I asked for recommendations for dinner or things to do and the staff are proactive to help you and anticipate your needs. Would like to give a special shoutout to Vireak (the manager) Sreyleak and Laiya for all the nice talks we had and your excellent service, you made my week! Vireak is very open to suggestions and feedback, always striving to perfect even the smallest details in the hotel. To me, this reflects personality, self-awareness, and a strong commitment to continuous growth and improvement as a person, team and a hotel. This was also my first time traveling solo, and though I initially felt nervous, I’m so glad I was in the hands of this incredible team. They made me feel like a cherished member of The Elephant family :)

The location is another significant perk; it offers easy access to a variety of attractions and eateries, making it a perfect base for exploring. Moreover, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable that I found it hard to get out of it in the mornings. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Incredible staff - thank you all, especially Binn for making it an outstanding (but too short) trip to Siem Reap. Amazing room, luxurious pool and everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and we were so well looked after. Thanks for arranging extras like a Khmer cooking class, guides and drivers. I can’t overstate how lovely it was to have a fresh cool towel and cold water during the heat and humidity. It meant we could explore and experience everything in comfort. We will return!

Wir hatten das First Class Zimmer mit einer Glasfront und direktem Blick auf den Mekong. Täglich hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer war bestens ausgestattet. Im Stockwerk darüber gibt es ein tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen. Auch von hier kann man auf den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang schauen. Wirklich alles toll. Die Kanutour zu den Delfinen haben wir auch gemacht. Toll. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft RESIDENCE 1960, die in Siem Reap, 1,3 km von King's Road Angkor entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz,... das personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. die lage war auf der "kambodschanischen seite des flusses" abseits vom touri-wahnsinn. frühstück auch ok.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und alles ist sehr sauber. Eine kleine Unstimmigkeit wegen der Minibar-Abrechnung konnte Lee an der Rezeption für uns schnell und zufriedendstellend lösen.

Mit Blick auf den Strand bietet die Unterkunft BeachWalk Koh Rong mit 4 Sternen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Koh Rong und hat einen Außenpool, einen Garten und eine Terrasse. Es ist eine wunderschöne top gepflegte Anlage. Die Bungalows sind super ausgestattet. Der dazugehörige Strandabschnitt ist absolut sauber und mit Liegen im Schatten bestückt. Das Meer war zu unserer Zeit glasklar und leuchtendblau. Alles einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön am Pool angelegt und das Essen ist super.
