Siem Reap itself is incredible, and this hotel took it to another level. The rooms were gorgeous—so spacious and tranquil—and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The staff? Beyond amazing! Always cheerful, friendly, and ready to help. The location was perfect for exploring, and we felt completely safe walking around.The pool and restaurant was excellent. Can't wait to visit again for a longer stay. Worth every penny!

All of the staff is really kind and helpfull. They are always smiling. The hotel as a great location, near the pub street, but at the same time remains quite. Our driver for the tours was fantastic. The hotel is very conveniently located near to the Royal Palace and central to most of the tourist attractions of the city. It is very quiet once you are inside. Even the room which had a balcony on to the street was quiet once the doors were shut. All the rooms are soundproof. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and you could see they had been renovated with love and to keep a feeling of the original features and decor. The toiletries provided were very nice too I had a massage at the spa which was lovely and very good value The swimming pool at the top of the hotel was an added bonus as well. The breakfast was delicious and a good selection was offered. Cocktails and beer at the bar in the evening highly recommended with a city view!
