Queen Bee is a very attractive property well situated in Kyiv. The hotel is in walking distance to many historical places, restaurants and stores. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional and have familiarity with the city. If they do not know something they make the effort to get the information from someone who has the answer. All the staff members are wonderful but I want to specifically name Bogdan and Angelique as being invaluable to making my stay go very well. They are both extremely kind and hard working. In my view staff is the most important component of a successful hotel, and the Queen Bee Hotel certainly has it.

Die Unterkunft SMALL HOTEL, die in Winnyzja, 1,5 km von Museum N. I. I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

Bequem gelegen in Lwiw, bietet die Unterkunft ibis Lviv Center klimatisierte Zimmer mit einem Restaurant, einer Bar und kostenlosem WLAN. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Zimmer Ibis typisch kleiner aber sauber und gepflegt. Es gab Körperpflegeprodukte im Bad und Trinkwasser auf dem Flur. Das Frühstück war gut und angemessen.

Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.
