Amazing staff specially at the huge breakfast room. But then again, everything is huge in this 2 tower Hotel. But even by beeing so big, you do not have the feeling you are in an unpersonal Tourist Factory as staff is really well trained, friendly and sweet. Fitness is also one of the best I had in Bangkok.

Before booking SilQ, I actually visited the hotel to check out a couple of rooms I was interested in. I ended up choosing the Premier Studio because I really liked the layout. After staying at the neighboring Staybridge Suites for over a month, we had a ton of luggage to move, and I’m super grateful to the SilQ staff for helping us with the move, even though it was a really busy time for them. The check-in process was a bit slow, and the elevators could get crowded and take a while during peak hours. There were also a few small issues with the elevators here and there, but the staff was always quick to fix them. During my stay, I really felt the warmth and friendliness of the team—whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the concierge. They genuinely cared about guest feedback, which I really appreciated. The hotel’s ionic onsen is amazing, though you need to book it in advance. The room is super comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower and a bathroom design that separates wet and dry areas—both of which I loved. Most of the guests here are tourists, whereas the Staybridge Suites and Marriott Apartments next door seem to have more expats working in Bangkok. The hotel also has a tuk-tuk shuttle that runs every hour. While it’s not super frequent, it’s almost never full, and the staff operating it are incredibly nice. After trying out and comparing a few options, I’ve decided to stay at SilQ again. A big thank-you to the team for the thoughtful birthday cake and the welcome fruits when I arrived—it was such a nice touch. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail from the staff at SilQ. Looking forward to my next stay!

Dejlig morgenmad gode senge de bedste i thailand :) elskede det lille køkken dejligt med badekar og bade gel til og putte og ligge og slappe af efter en dag i Centeret der er lige ved siden af og man bare går over i fra 2 sal s gangbro helt perfekt sikkerhed i top man bruger kort i elevator til at komme op og ned dejlig swimmingpool på 20 sal fantastisk udsigt og hygge kroge og bar på 19 sal er der et dejligt fitness hvor man kan bade og der er drikkevang og aircondition gode løbebånd alt perfekt bedste hotel jeg har været på i Thailand jeg vil kun booke det hotel når jeg er i Korat man kan booke uden morgenmad også og selv købe dejlig brød i centeret og spise i det dejlige køkken.

The location was PERFECT!! In the center of Pattaya City . Close to everywhere, just across the street to Central Shopping Center . 5 minutes walking to the Beach . All staff is super nice and friendly ❤️
