The facilities are excellent. I was given a room with a grand view of the harbour. Breakfast options were very good and the staff behaviour was courteous and polite. Good value for money. Will certainly return.

Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Good facilities, pool, gym, wide choice on the restaurant menu. Might be a bit tight if the hotel is running at capacity.

This is a 25 rooms family hotel, managed by Nway Tun. As soon as you meet her in the reception you get the feeling that this is your new home and almost your new family. Nway and her staff will be there for you with a big smile 24/7. She is great in assisting with planning your local trips based of knowledge only local people have and connecting you with the best providers. She is there to understand what you need before you even say it. The hotel was renovated recently, after the September floods, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast served on the roof is very generous. Location is nearby the big pagoda the river and the location of all the festivals. It is very difficult to translate atmosphere to words so I will just say that if you want to have a unique experience this hotel is highly recommended.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Rested well. Always helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice and quiet, no disturbances. Was able to rest well. Variety of choices for breakfast.

Well located, around everything you might want / see / need. Rooms are large, as well as the shower, all clean. Staff was ok, but they can be better... breakfast was good, and the restaurant in general. They helped me to get a e-bike.
