No es un hotel, es un pis amb tres habitacions amb cuarto de bany privat arreglades per llogar. Es cómode, la mida de la nostra habitació estava bé. El cuarto de bany nou i tot funcionava bé. La ubicació bona a 2 cantonades del centre. Tenia parking pel cotxe. El propietari molt amable. Wifi bé.
L'allotjament té una ubicació pràctica i fàcil de trobar, just a l'entrada de La Spezia. Habitació senzilla però neta i confortable, esmorzar correcte i tracte amabilíssim de l'amfitrió, que fa de l'estada al seu establiment una experiència còmoda i agradable.
Per passar uns dies a La Spezia és més que suficient si hi vas en cotxe. Queda separat del centre però és un apartament complert amb totes les comoditats, i a un preu acceptable. Repetiria sense dubte
