Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. I like rhe staffs. They try to explain everything including food, room and bath. The food is also delicious. The room is clean and big.

Located in Ashinomaki Onsen, 渓谷美の宿川音 provides air-conditioned rooms with private open-air hot spring bath. Beautiful, very spacious traditional room with private onsen overlooking a breathtaking view of the snowy mountains. Very attentive front desk, great internal souvenir store. Didn't get to try the food or the public onsen. Local scenery is absolutely gorgeous nestled among the mountains and the river. A hotel shuttle is available to get to Ashinomakionsen Station.

10 km from Nihonmatsu Station in Nihommatsu, mt. Inn(マウントイン） offers accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. This 2-star ryokan offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift. So friendly and helpful 😊 probably one of the nicest people we met in 🇯🇵 the Inn is located at scenic street and has a real mountain/(winter)sports vibe. Located near the famous Ebishu circuit. There is a iconic pub just diagonal across the street and the owner makes the best Gyoza and yakitori 🥟 the rooms are spacious and clean.

Boasting hot spring baths with mountain views, Kutsurogijyuku Chiyotaki is a 15-minute bus ride from JR Aizuwakamatsu Station. The room and the hotel are very clean. Our room is very big and comfort. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Nice spa (inside and outside) but we prefer the outside.
