I'm surprised that the hotel has their own hot spring (Onsen type). Overall, the stay is quite pleasant as the bed is very comfortable . Lawson is right next to the hotel Able to explore Narita town by foot and tried their famous eel unagi rice. Easy transit to Narita Air in morning flight, first train at 5 am.

It’s a historic 200+ year traditional ryokan with a nice clean onsen. Great location across the street from the main shrine and Surabaya Unagi on one end of the bustling Omotesando Street.

We had a large confortable room with a fantastic view of a temple. The proximity of a wonderful park added to the charm of our stay. The onsen where we could go in yukata, directly from our room too ! And the staff was very very kind. Thank you very much!

I really liked the view that you get from the hotel. Also the hotel provides you with a free bus service from the airport to the hotel and to other locations as well The onsen(hot spring) is a life changer, like it was 10/10 and would highly recommend it (it's little weird that you need to walk naked if you are not used to it but other than that just an amazing experience (also go to onsen when it's cold )

Accessible to and from Narita Intl Airport via a shuttle service that services the hotel. The hotel was fairly clean, has hot spring facilities (but did not have the time to try), and has a small in-house convenience store. Staff speaks serviceable enough English. The room comes with yukatas and fresh towels, as well as decent quality amenities.

Adorable tatami room with nice futons with warm blankets. Lots of showers and sinks available. Very convenient location for spending a night on the way to or from Narita Airport.

Convenient location, traditional japanese style with tatami and futon, kitchen has water filter to provide drinkable water. I reccomend this place. I liked the contactless checkin/checkout where i just got lock pin code to my email. But the checkin form was probably unnecessarily long (unlike other hotels where they just send you without too many questions)

Probably a bit far from the airport compared to other hotels. Free airport shuttle. The hotel had natural hot spring bath “Onsen” and the guest could use the facility by paying extra 700yen.
