The breakfast was excellent, delicious and good value. The lady who checked us in kindly gave us directions to the convenience store and recommended a restaurant for dinner. We walked from the ryokan to the shops, dinner, bell tower and Starbucks, so the air conditioning in our room was welcoming and made our stay comfortable. It's a great location!

Great onsen and amazing rooms. Very spacious and clean with beautiful river views. Their breakfast was amazing with some vegetarian options like fruits, salad, breads and corn flakes.

The front staff was accommodating while we checked in. He was super friendly. I left an item at the hotel after we checked out. When I called, he had my item and kept it until I was there to pick it up, which was nice.
