Staff was very helpful, location and neighborhood was great. Even though there are thin walls, people were so quiet, even outside that it was not a problem at all.

Yasu, the front desk staff was the best. If you asked a question, he went above and beyond to get you the best answer. The location is fantastic and it really makes you feel like you’re staying in Japan. The room was spacious and looked right out at a beautiful Pagoda. There was even a washer/dryer, which was great because sure we are backpacking.

Centric in Asakusa. Great commodities and amenities.
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
The breakfast is good and economy. The hot spring is amazing in the hotel. The hotel provide a different type of pillows. It is very convinence to park the cars in front of the hotel.
The hotel was excellent and the 13th floor reception area was beautiful. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the bed very comfortable. We also loved the onsen!
Breakfast was SO GOOD!
It was out of our expectation but yeah get the breakfast if you haven't so!
I also did not expect the hotel to have an onsen but it did! It is clean and a good size. Water temp is so comfortable.
Location is great as it is just a short 6mins walk near to the station but not at the busy streets.
The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!
The Room modern with good facilities. Room space is okay to unpack the luggage (we stay in Twin room). The good part is SPA, which allow us to wind down and relax with open air onsen.
