Minato Koyado Awajishima, hotel in Minamiawaji

Minato Koyado Awajishima offers rooms in Fukura. The accommodations provides a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage for guests. At the ryokan, all rooms are equipped with a wardrobe.

While the hotel was immaculate and the room was very comfortable, the shining star of this hotel was their hospitality. While the Japanese are known for their hospitality, the staff here were extraordinary. We had a private taxi rented for the whole day, who did not show up. While we didn’t speak very much Japanese, the staff noticed we were waiting, invited us to sit inside, called the taxi company, arranged for a new driver (with a different company) to take us and even gave the kids a treat while we waited. My wife and I were blown away and cannot recommend this hotel enough. They treated us like family.
