This place was beautiful! Situated near Nakagomi train station in a mall area that is somewhat quiet, perhaps due to the after-effects of COVID, but still has lots of restaurants within close proximity. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and easy to communicate with despite my lack of Japanese. I had a triple room to myself and it was a lovely, spacious room for a decent price. The bathroom is outside of the room but there was a sink within. The shower is downstairs but it is private. Highly recommend.

Amazing Ryoken with lovely owner who had asked some family friends to help with dinner as they spoke a bit more English than she did.
Really super private Onsen (heavenly!) on the balcony
Delicious dinner and breakfast
Experience culture authentically with a stay at this traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
Kaiseiki dinner and buffet breakfast were excellent! Love the spread and variety! Love the additional touch of welcome drinks, snacks and choice of toiletries for onsen.
The onsen was exceptional with a wonderful view! The food was really delicious and the stuff friendly and helpful. We loved the extra room with many books, toys and massage chairs. Great place for kids!
