This property is absolutely gorgeous. We went for my birthday and the view from the room was so beautiful it didn’t seem real. The staff were helpful even making sure my Yakuta was on correctly. They gave me a birthday gift. If you stay here please use their private and public Onsen! Also if you walk past the pool there is another gorgeous waterfall behind the chapel that flows into a coi pond. There’s also a small temple and moss covered stairs that are sooo incredibly serene. I hope to come back soon and stay longer

Truly unique experience, I really appreciated the attentive and wonderful care from the staff, as well as the cleanliness and charm of the ryokan. It was nice there were private baths within the ryokan included with stay, as well as in the deluxe room bathroom, in addition to the bathhouses within the town. Every meal was delicious and provided a satisfying taste of local specialties including the snow crab and tajima beef.

Beautiful location and fantastic service. Shuttle van picked us up from the train station when we arrived and hotel offered regular shuttle service to and from the town center during the day, which was about 10 min away by car. Room was spacious and clean. On-site public and private onsens were clean and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were included and my goodness, you never left a meal hungry! Incredibly relaxing getaway!
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
The location is great-- very close to the train station and an easy walk to all the onsens. It is above a coffee shop with great coffee and a foot soak area (the reception is the coffee shop counter). They give you a basket with towels and socks for toting to the onsens, which is much appreciated. The room was spare, but incredibly clean. The internet worked well. Breakfast was simple but good (yogurt, toast, hard boiled egg, slaw, sausage and coffee).
Absolutely fantastic location, just opposite the station and within walking distance of restaurants and onsens. Nice to have a private bathroom which isn’t always an option in Japan.
great location right next to the station. a great cafe on the ground floor and foot bath. rooms were big, bright and had private bathroom!!! (something very difficult to find in Kinosaki) - no shower but I guess you bathe at the onsens
The hotel is clean, Staff is very friendly, it’s located within 1 minute walk from the kinosaki train station, yukatas free of charges it’s amazing, The breakfast is great.
