The location in a peninsula was nice, the cave onsen was a unique experience with the soothing sound of the waves from the Pacific Ocean, the short ferry service makes it convenient to go to/from the hotel, the spacious room, the sunrise deck, and the convenience store (Lawson), restaurants, and souvenir shops within the hotel.

Great location. The train station is a couple of minutes away. It is also close to the port and shopping stripe. The rooms were quiet and we didn’t hear the train at all.

Facility is very clean and the room was nice. I booked with dinner and breakfast, and both meals were exceptional. And the furo/onsen. The furo at property is small but nice, but the real deal is at the sister property Urashima, to which you need to take a ferry to get to. Incredible experience!

They have a private onsen with addt’l fee. The location was peaceful. The food they served were delicious. The overall experience was amazing that I’ll go back there on my next visit to Japan.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, speaking in English for us tourists. The rooms were clean and beautiful. This was by far our favorite place we stayed at during our visit to Japan!
Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
The view from the room is superb!!, we stayed at Japanese tatami room type. The room was spacious and felt like ninja house where so many doors connected to different small rooms. We got buffet both dinner and breakfast. I would recommend you to try dinner, it was superb. Breakdowns is ok but nothing special.
The staff were amazing!! :)
Buffet breakfast and dinner are good. Senior staff is more helpful and friendly in welcoming guest compared to the younger one especially young girl at the important first impression front office. Hotel itself is very run down. The only thing we enjoy was the food and cave onsen.
I had a great time in Nagisaya Hotel. The room is in traditionnel japanese style (tatami and futon on floor) and had a wonderful view on the sea.
The hotel offers interior and exterior onsen where I had my best time with the view on the moutain and a little on the sea (only men onsen has total view on the sea, women are on the other side).
The staff is really friendly.
The onsen was nice (small but nice). The room was 4 1/2 tatamis which is pretty small. I really like the owner, he was very friendly and gave me a thorough tour, explaining everything and in goodish english too.
