The staff gave a personal feeling to our stay here that we appreciated. Even though we were some of the only English speaking guests they made sure to translate everything for us thoroughly. The meals were beautiful, delicious, and contained many local treats. The morning ceremony and tour at the temple was a once in a lifetime experience of beauty and spiritual power that I will treasure for years. The room was comfortable and the onsen was delightful.

Everything was great. Comfortable stay. With wife and family. The Japanese style dinner and breakfast was delicious and with the excellent server's gave it a wonderful experience. The inside onsen was good, but the outside onsen hot spring was perfect for this time of year with the cool air around you. Great View of the mountains from our 7th floor room. Recommended for those who want to have real Japanese style experience.

Experience culture authentically with a stay at these traditional Japanese-style accommodations. Sleep on the floor (on a futon roll) in a room furnished with tatami flooring and sliding doors. Guests can often expect access to a communal bath, plus a complimentary Japanese garment called a yukata.
The hotel room size is good for a family with one kid. The room is clean, and the outdoor onsen is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are quite a number of options of Japanese dishes for breakfast.
Very homely, lots of convenience and value adds for guests. Very clean rooms, and the onsen is comfortable.
Special thanks to the team at Dormy Inn Premium, we left a laptop behind in the hotel room and they informed us promptly once they discovered it and were so kind to courier it to us across the next city! In addition, they even did it without costs. We are very grateful for the help, and are glad to have experienced true Japanese hospitality.
The room was comfortable, and the hotel was walkable from the station but also near the river area with lovely cherry trees.
Very comfortable bed.
Nice free hot spring and sauna.
Nice clean room as always for Dormy chain with all amenities, I had a good night sleep. Great onsen (onsen at this branch is better compared to other Dormy branches). The staff is also very nice and helpful.
My young daughter and I really enjoyed our stay! There was a mix of businessmen and travellers but at the time we were the only westerners. We felt very comfortable and safe here and really enjoyed the roof top hot spring! Such a perfect way to end the day.
Excellent onsen, with free ice-cream or yakult drink provided after onsen (in the evening and morning respectively)
Free ramen for supper.
Friendly staff who guided us to nearby restaurant for dinner.
Clean room.
Room was spacious, onsen was nice and had good laundry and dryer for use. Free ice cream and soba noodles at night. Front desk was friendly and professional. And they provided amenities for kids which was great.
