Iwamotoro, hotel in Fujisawa

Iwamotoro offers accommodations in Fujisawa, a 14-minute walk from Koshigoe Beach and 5.6 miles from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine. Each accommodation at the 2-star ryokan has sea views and free Wifi.

This is a historic inn with a long tradition. We enjoyed visiting the Roman bath and the cave bath, and the view from our room. Quiet oasis in the heart of Enoshima. We were able to walk out the gate to join the crowds of young people, families, and tourists visiting the temples and scenic spots. The breakfast was excellent.

湘南江の島 御料理旅館 恵比寿屋, hotel in Fujisawa

A 13-minute walk from Koshigoe Beach in Fujisawa, 湘南江の島 御料理旅館 恵比寿屋 provides accommodations with access to a public bath.

Enoshima is an amazing little city that I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for more than Tokyo and the big cities. Ebisuya is a wonderful ryokan on Enoshima island - it is close to the Enoshima shrines and the Enoshima Sea Candle. The ryokan itself was amazing and although my room did not have a view onto the sea, it had a nice view onto the city and the streets. I could also sleep on a futon and wear a yukata, so I would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful facility set in a beautiful location. Very convenient if you're coming from the big city. Wonderful onsen facilities in the public bathing area and the private room furo. Wonderful dinner. Extremely attentive staff. They remembered my last visit as well as my general reasons for visiting Japan. I will definitely continue to be a repeat visitor.

Fantastic place if you want to experience traditional Japanese ryokan, a bit vintage, but this just adds to the place’s particular atmosphere. The location is amazing - you get to experience Enoshima after the tourist crowds have left. The view of Fuji-San from your room against setting sun was a cherry on the cake! Impeccable service and we also enjoyed the big outside pool very much - even more so as we visited during summer heatwave…

Room was huge and although there were only four of us, there were beds for 7 in the room! Two beds on the floor of the unit (great for people who can’t climb a ladder to a loft) and 5 futon beds over two separate loft bedrooms. My kids LOVED the lofts! Spotlessly clean, great kitchen space, large fridge. And the cafe had the best coffee we’ve ever had in Japan and we have tried a lot of places! This was a great base to visit nearby attractions such as enoshima and Kamakura and a short train to Hakone too.

The size of a room was huuuuge! Like, 24 tatami's or so. A view was amazing, and a place to enjoy it was amazing.

Food, and baths were amazing, futons and yukata were comfortable, service was respectful and kind, ocean views are beautiful. If you like history and art, the small museum and the mother of pearl decor were a lovely bonus.

This place was really an exceptional experience. The Japanese style room is really spacious and clean, the futon bed is made for you every day and it had a great view of Mount Fuji. Staff is extremely helpful and the breakfast is a real positive experience. The two onsen are beautifully decorated. The staff was happy to read my allergy card and adapt the breakfast menu to gluten free.
