I think they have 2 areas with onsen and a lot of restaurants and nice lounges. Those are the best things about the hotel.

It is a massive hotel, it consists of 3 buildings, the staff are fantastic to be able to assist everyone the pool and onsen are not big enough for everyone, they need another floor of onsen to assist everyone. Breakfast was great, but again, too many people. Somehow, we managed to get through it. We stayed one night, and we enjoyed it. The airport bus picked us up from the front of the building. One of the reasons we stayed here.

Hotel and room were generously sized. Shuttle to nearby shopping area was a real plus as I got to explore the AEON mall. The Family store in the hotel was well equipped. The staff spoke good English. There was an Onsen but I had no time to explore. Bus shuttle to Narita airport started at 6 am which was good enough for me to take the Skyliner to Tokyo for a meeting at 9 am.

Location is great and hotel itself looks nice. There is a clean yukatas in the room, you can wear it to go to the pool or onsen which are free to use. There is also 2 lawson convenient stores inside the hotel (1st and 2nd floor).

The room size is big enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was a little small but they have Onsen style big spa where we could relax. We loved; The Onsen-style hot spring spa. Room size. Vending machines and ice dispensers on some floors. The convenience stores inside of the hotel.
