The location is top notch! Basically 10 minutes to the mountain gate on food! And you can see mountains from the inner courtyard too, which in itself is lovely. Breakfast is pretty varied, we loved it. The room is comfortable and clean.

The owner kindly picked us up from the airport and helped organising our sightseeing. Every morning his mother cooked a very delicious traditional breakfast! The hotel has an incredible view of the Tianmen mountain. Everything was very modern and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

An absolutely great lady - hotel owner! Extremely helpful and hospitable, with good English (which is priceless;)) Nice location really close to the embankment. An opportunity to have a closer look at a traditional Chineese house

The hotel has a nice courtyard and is about 10 mins walk to the cablecar station if you are planning to visit Tianmenshan. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The young man (Sorry, forgot your name) who checked us in was very helpful and provided excellent information about Zhangjiajie National Park. He helped carry our luggage to our room as there was no lift.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is so beautiful in the mountains with amazing views. The rooms are traditional and spacious. Gardens are lovely to explore and good facilities. Was so nice to see their display areas of traditional kitchen and dining. Food was exceptional and great playground for kids. Their pet dogs were a highlight. Chowmain our hostess was incredibly helpful giving us advice of where to go each day, providing maps and directions and booking taxis. She is so friendly and tries so hard with her English.

Unique ! Above all true Family feel in terms of hosting and food ! Excellent guide for the region! Facilities range from historical to futuristic, with big glass windows, non typical in the good sense. Had fireworks for me year eve. Beautiful scenery of avatar mountain. Was even invited in a survival TV show that they sponsor !

As soon as we enter the main door, there is a small courtyard, a pool and swimming fish. Our room looks comfortable on the second floor. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is warm

Remarkable view from the balcony. Staff were really nice and supportive. Shout out to Tim who helped us get around with his car and gave informative suggestions for sightseeing all the way through. Breakfast was homemade traditional Chinese food, fresh off the kitchen every morning.
