The location; it was in the heart of the medina, but it was easy to get there. The room was massive, the bed was very comfy.

The riad is located in the medina . It was difficult to find it. The room had all the basics I needed. There is also a roof terrace but we could not be there due to raining. The Royal Palace is some 10 minutes walking away. The staff-members were friendly, the breakfast basic but okay. I could stay here again.

The rooms are cost and traditionally furnished, there's a nice central covered space and an open-air courtyard, and rooftop views to enjoy. Mr Lotfi is extremely helpful with suggestions recommendations about where to go and what to do. I've stayed here before, and this is a perfect place from which to explore Tetouan. Enjoy.
Its very nice traditional riads , if you like to be surprised you have to book this place they have seating area lovely art pictures and also all of the staff the are so kind and ready to help you anytime.
Clean and comfortable hostel in a great location, close to the CTM station, cafes, restaurants, Feddan Park and the Medina. Much higher standards than your typical, Moroccan Riad-type hostel
Located in the Medina near the Royal Palace, lovely Riad for my one night stay. It has a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace. For anyone with mobility issues you might have difficulty going up the steep stairs. Breakfast served to you on the ground floor, with Moroccan breads and various condiments.
Ideally situated, very beautiful old traditional Riad that truly represents Moroccan culture and deserves its name Soul of Tetouan. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and eager to help. The room was also very spacious and clean. The rooftop is a great place to have breakfast. Thanks to this hotel, our stay in Tetouan remains a memorable experience!
