The accommodation is secluded and luxurious, and the staff are incredibly accommodating and professional. The restaurant is good, with a good array of choice with a chance to try the local dishes. On our second day, the Lodge arranged for a trip with a local guide, Duan, which turned out to be one of the most memorable days of our holiday. This was partly because our host was able to make suggestions and tailor the trip, like seeing the local market that was only open on Sundays. The local guide was very informative (despite the language barrier), knew the area inside out and deeply invested in teaching us about his culture. A special mention also to the restaurant manager, Thiem, who is a hospitality pro and always aware of his guests needs and wants, without needing to tell him. A brilliant place to stay.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. They made us feel like members of the family. Very kind and thoughtful. Our room had a wonderful view. We had dinner there and it was excellent - some, if not the best, we’ve had in Vietnam so far! Definitely recommended!

We especially liked the naturally swimming pool & the views of the surrounding area. We absolutely loved our stay at Pu Luong. The team treated us like family, we wish we had stayed longer but can’t wait to go back some day!

Great retreat, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms with boutique style. Breakfast and dinner are good, the price for dinner and room are resonable, totally it is great to stay, highly recommendation.

Located in Pu Luong region, Puluong Retreat offers a peaceful accommodation set amidst nature and lush greenery. It features an outdoor infinity pool, a restaurant and a rock garden. Great spot - we upgraded to the bungalow with balcony and view. Would strongly recommend as the other bungalow(s) don't have such a good outlook. Food was also very good - a relaxing spot with lovely views

FLC Luxury Resort Samson offers accommodation in Thanh Hóa. The resort has an outdoor pool, barbecue and children's playground, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. I would like to share my impressions from my vacation at FLC Resort Luxury Samson. We stayed there in the middle of November, 6 nights from November 17 to 23, 2024, in a deluxe room with an ocean view.  As it turned out it was low season in the town of Chamchon and at the resort itself, there were almost no tourists. Hotel manager Mr. Hop said that in summer the resort is crowded. My special thanks to Mr. Hop for his attention and help! I was surprised by the low ratings of the resort on booking and other sites, because we had just an unforgettable vacation, the most real luxury from the beginning to the last minutes. I have read many reviews that the staff does not understand English well. Indeed not all staff speak perfect English, but nowadays google translate solves this problem in seconds. There is excellent wi-fi all over the hotel, I had no problems watching movies or having meetings online. We stayed with my daughter in an ocean view deluxe room with a private pool and it is truly an unforgettable experience. The ocean is beautiful and the lush very well maintained plants around the houses and along the beach are pleasing to the eye and create shade. For relaxation lovers, this is the best choice because the noise of the ocean makes you forget everything. I saw complaints in other reviews that there is no beach and there is only a concrete wall. That's not really the case. I think that what FLC Samson has done is brilliant, because on the border of the land and the beach there is a concrete fence with poured stones, which prevents the ocean from eroding the shore and the shore remains very green, there are palm trees and conifer plants, and you can go down to the beach by numerous stairs. The regular beach starts outside the resort borders in the town, it's a 5 minute walk.

I arrived last minute as another hotel booking fell through, this hotel were able to find me a room at short notice. they let me have a room to shower in and leave my bags in while my room was being prepared. also the staff were very helpful and friendly and let me park my motorcycle in the lobby overnight. the hotel is beachfront and just across the road from the great beach. Highlands Coffee right next door.
