Beautiful pool with comfortable sun beds in a lovely garden setting. Staff were super lovely Jimmy especially helped out and was a great host. The room was splendid, very stylish with great facilities, it even had a bath. Truly a boutique apartment.

Bel Marina Hoi An Resort is within a convenient 7-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A very well managed luxury hotel in the heart of the old town Hoi An. Very central and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Rooms were spacious and also has turndown service (which is becoming less common in 5 star hotels). A wonderful pool resort setting overlooking the river, offering cocktails, snacks and icecream ++ Excellent service too with comfortable pool loungers and lifeguards who even bring you towels! Also recommend the Spa - Excellent service and good quality deep tissue massages . Will definitely return and offers excellent value!

Nice relaxing vibe, very good facilities, the staff were great, especially Thao who was just awesome.

The rooms are very well equipped with big balcony overlooking the resort and sea. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Two good slides for kids and a foam party for one hour on friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle bus service to the old town. Children's play area is also very nice (although outdoor is better than indoor and it gets a bit hot outside to use it). Beautiful beach club area with very good restaurants. Beach is also lovely and well-maintained.

The staff was very friendly, especially Luyen, Vinh and Nguyet! They have booked tours for us, welcomed us very kindly every day again and were always in for a nice chat with us or the kids.

Fabulous boutique resort with all the necessary amenities. The kids loved the layout of the villa - rooms were separate connected by a staircase plus a common area (kitchen and lounge space) They also loved playing with the hotel dog. The spa was very relaxing too - great technique and value for money. All the hotel staff were very helpful.
