We were upgraded to a garden view room which was nice, even though the rooms are the same. They were spacious and comfortable, as were the beds. Great breakfast and the restaurant was very good in general. Service from staff was excellent. Loved the lay out of the resort. Location is good but there is no direct access the beach.

The Resort is one of our first, which looked exactly like the photos. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is great. And they do care much about the plants and cleaniness of the surrounding. The staff is really friendly and helpful. For breakfast you have a bzffet and you can ask for vegetarian options like rice with vegetables. We really loved our stay there and if we would have had more time, we would have extended our stay, although Phu Quoc itself wasn't our island to be.

Perfect resort to unwind at after travelling Vietnam for 3 weeks on our honeymoon. The facilities of the resort were amazing and the staff were unbelievable - they couldn't do enough for you. If we ever come back to Vietnam we would definitely stay here again!

All the staff go above and beyond to assist and accommodate, from valet to check-in to cleaning, were delightful and eager to help! A special thank you to DAT KYO a true professional, exceeding expectations, demonstrating outstanding customer service and included his team with a fun photo of Tony and me. Also, TOM the chef made a delicious spaghetti Bolognese's & carbonara. We will be back as the facilities and staff make this HOTEL. Thank you Ms Baldassarre and Tony :)
