The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are so tasteful and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is delicious (we especially enjoyed the snakehead fish). The pool is so relaxing and the small scale of the resort meant it was never busy. And our favourite part: the plants and horticulture are so beautiful, fragrant and just perfectly arranged. This was one of the nicest resorts we’ve ever stayed in.

Very kind and carrying staff. They helped us with everything we wanted and needed (taxi, motorcycles, laundry, trips recommendations….)When we had some health issues Thuý was super carrying. The resort is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was very tasty.

Absolutely stunning views! We arranged a handful of tours through An's catalog, and our guide was simply fantastic. The one-day motorbike tour was certainly a highlight, and coming home to our peaceful room in the mountains after a day of exploring was the perfect way to rest and recharge. The staff was fantastic and kind, and they were extremely helpful organizing us transportation from Hanoi and to Ha Long as we travelled.
