Buggy service was prompt, and all-round service. We took a full day trek. Our guide Vinh monitored our capacity and modified the walk accordingly. We enjoyed our time with him and that he shared his local knowledge with us. Transfers to and from Hanoi were very comfortable. We loved our stay, thankyou.
