He speaks great English, in Hai Phong, that's not very common unless you check into a nice hotel maybe. Location is great, many local eateries in close proximity and restaurants, cafes not so far away. Aeon mall is a 15 minute walkaway. Lakes, pagodas, museum all accessable. The room easy very comfortable and neighbourhood is safe and quiet at night. The washing machine and water filter is a major plus.
