Please note that everything below is just my personal opinion 😊 This is a place you want to return. It's a great hotel to relax and recharge. Cozy and comfortable. The owners put their soul into this place and it can be felt in everything: aesthetics, cleanliness, comfort and peace and, of course, the attitude towards guests: everyone is very friendly, but does not violate personal space, all issues, if they arise, are resolved as quickly as possible. Local artists are invited once a week, so guests can enjoy a concert, don't worry, it won't interfere with your relaxation. There is a restaurant on the territory, the food is very tasty, and the staff are just lovely, very friendly, hospitable and polite! Guys, you really are great 😊 Breakfast is served here from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and dinner from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. if I’m not mistaken. You can pay with card, cash in US$ or BBD. The sound of the ocean can be heard even with the windows closed and it is like a lullaby) Beautiful dawns, if you wake up at dawn, of course. You have to walk to the beach, but it’s quite windy on this coast, so swimming in the ocean is not always an option, it is great that there is a swimming pool with the ocean view on the property. If you enjoy windsurfing or kitesurfing - this is the place for you. It you want to reach calmer beaches you will have to go by car or bus. The front desk staff will help you hail a taxi (about $25-30, may be more depending on where you’re going) or you can try public transportation (only $1.75 or 3.50 BBD, you can pay in both currencies). Personally, I think that bus #11 is a must try. You may be temporarily shocked, but it's fun and definitely something you'll remember. The thing is, you’ll want to come back here.

Facing the beachfront, Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana offers 5-star accommodation in Punta Cana and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!
