From the moment we stepped out of the car the level of service exceeded any expectation. From the friendly staff through to the complimentary leis, bottles of water and tea area set up throughout the day with the special refreshing drink, the resort was a wonderful experience.

Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

Dette resort ved stranden på Maui ligger kun 12 minutters gang fra Napili Market. Der er 2 udendørs pools, mulighed for at snorkle og shuffleboard-baner. The communication from the property was excellent. The facilities in the room were perfect and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were in the furtherest building from the beach and it was still just a short walk and closer than I expected. The shopping centre was also close by and it was great having a supermarket there to buy groceries. We cooked our dinners and had cereals or cooked our breakfast. I loved the big oven and fridge freezer. Better than my kitchen back home!

Providing all the comforts of home, including full kitchens, along with state-of-the-art amenities and services such as in-room spa treatments, these villas are located steps from Maui's beautiful... We stayed in a villa which was spacious and had a full, beautiful kitchen, plus a high quality grill available on the lanai. The hosts provided all the home conveniences our family of four would need. Linens/towels/toiletries. Washer/dryer in unit was wonderful.

Surrounded by 70 acres of lush tropical gardens, Hana-Maui Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Residence offers spa wellness classes, local activities such as lei making, and outdoor adventure activities... + pool area was amazing with great service. The gym was lovely and in a very relaxing setting with lots of cold water and fresh towels at hand. + we stayed 2 nights in the room we initially booked but then we decided to extend our stay which also led us to upgrading our room (photos attached are of the first room. Outside photo are of the second room which was upgraded). Staff were truly incredible especially when helping with suitcases. + both rooms were absolutely amazing. Super clean, extremely comfortable, amazing views, bathrooms were super, and both outdoor spaces were extremely relaxing. + hotel located very close to an area where there are lots of food trucks if you fancy a change from the hotel restaurant. One of the hotel restaurants was closed for refurbishment but the one that was open was very nice, we particularly liked the option of ordering food and having it delivered to our room or to the pool! + free laundry room fully equipped for all guests - this was incredible. + overall, the hotel setting is one of the most relaxing we have ever come across. The road to Hana can be quite the experience but 100% worth it to stay at this amazing hotel.
