Located on the southern tip of Kauai Island, Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach features 2 resort-style pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

We were upgraded to a master ocean view suite, which was spectacular. The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

Set in Kapaa, Islander Ocean Resort Condo # 166 offers a patio with sea and mountain views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Great location! Restaurants, bars, pool, hot tub and beach are literally right outside the door/ok, 2 minute walk. The condo was comfortable and well stocked.

Set in Koloa, 700 metres from Kiahuna Beach, Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Didn’t have breakfast. Cafe was ok

Set amidst river pools and tropical gardens, the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa boasts a golf course, 7 restaurants and a spa. Each guest room includes a private balcony. The adult pool was brilliant and the food was of high standard. Shops were good variety and shuttle service in the evening was fantastic.

Featuring beach access and a large outdoor pool, Hanalei Bay Resort offers spacious guest rooms with a private balcony. Hanalei Pier is less than 15 minutes’ drive away. The staff was killer, Chris carted us back from the beach many times, and Ailana made sure our stay was perfect. Mahalo!

Situated on the black sands of Kauai, the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands, these oceanfront cottages in Waimea have been restored with plantation-period furniture and feature patios overlooking the... Wonderful location, quiet and very well maintained. We loved staying there.
