The room was very clean, surprisingly better than what I can get from a $200 a night brand name hotel room. Took me 90sec to walk from the locker to the gondola!! Amazing location!

Everything was perfectly thought out, and the staff were all amazing. Valeria in the main office helped us out with laundry pods, and an easy upgrade to a bigger room. Even the staff in the pizza restaurant were so lovely and helpful. The pizza was delicious and they helped us with so many tips and suggestions for our trip. The other lady at the front also let me use her phone to make a booking for horse riding (because I didn’t have roaming). Everyone was wonderful and so friendly! The cabin also had everything we needed, which was awesome. Super warm and cosy!

We are there both nights and the staff were amazing and some of the best food we have had since being in America! The queso dip and the shrimp tacos were insanely good! The room was huge and so spacious, bathroom was very well laid out and loved the whole space!
