The accommodations suite , was probably the best we have had in 20 years using Booking.com. the staff were great .we called reception re a minor problem with an appliance and it was sorted by the maintenance gentleman in minutes. The entertainment was excellent particularly Standswithbear one of Americas greatest flute players.

Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson has an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour front desk, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. The room was beautiful! Friendly staff and the views are wonderful! The breakfast at the Terraza was delicious. We stayed here for our 8th anniversary and we plan to stay here again in the near future. The price on Booking.com was exactly what we paid in the end. The bed was a little uncomfortable but that could just be us we have bad backs. Highly recommend 👌

Just 4 km from Sabino Canyon, this Tucson resort boasts a world-renowned tennis centre, 2 desert golf courses and an on-site spa. Free WiFi is provided in each guest suite. Unlike the Cliff Castle Casino Hotel this property actually honoured our booking and everything was top class. Don’t confuse The Lodge at Ventana Canyon with the Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino which we had a look inside when the Cliff Castle Casino Hotel failed to honour our confirmed booking (October 20th)with them and placed us in their lodge which was nothing more than a rundown motel. Having driven for 5 hours to get there we went back to reception and told them we wouldn’t stay in such a substandard property. We were promised a refund which we still haven’t got and they and booking.com have ignored my daily emails saying we are glad you got in touch and please give us the info we have given them on a daily basis asking us to send to emails which are no longer monitored and are referred back to the beginning of the process!! It seems our only option now is to take a case through the European Small Claims Court, Frustrated but never giving up, Stephen Lyons

Situated in Tombstone, Arizona, this rustic accommodation is 30 miles from the Dragoon Mountains in Cochise County. Location was great, but we did not eat.
